Clean read: Solar for libraries

The Spillway Fund is working to help libraries in southern Maine convert to clean energy. Our goal is to bring solar power to several libraries by the end of 2016. The solar power will defray energy costs, allowing libraries to direct more of their budget to mission-based expenses. And will allow them to become examples for their communities of the benefit of converting from greenhouse-gas creating energy sources.
